Siyazama's drive is to ensure that by maintaining abreast of technology and understanding the inherent needs of its clients and their employees it provides products and services that aid the transfer of knowledge utilising animations, time lapse and 360° photography.
We know that not everyone learns the same way, which is why our training is designed to break through barriers like low literacy levels and language differences. We use visually driven learning to make content clear, engaging, and easy to understand - supported by our in-house design team, who create custom illustrations for learner manuals and presentations.
We also bring training to life through animations that highlight the real consequences of unsafe work practices, as well as time-lapse footage and unique camera angles - like working at heights - to give learners a clear, practical view of what to expect on site. This approach helps bridge the gap between theory and reality, giving learners the confidence to apply what they’ve learned and handle challenges in their own work environments.
